- Minimum 3 years relevant practical experience in an accounting department;
- Knowledge of SAGA software - an advantage;
- Experience in construction company accounting is an advantage;
- Ability to analyse and meet deadlines;
- Effective planning and communication skills;
- Efficiency in working with documents, compliance with working procedure
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording operations;
- Experience in completing /generating tax returns - an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Sound knowledge of accounting;
- Knowledge of Excel (intermediate level - functions, pivot tables);
- Monitoring reconciliations and closing accounts;
- Preparing the work for the timely closure of the accounting year and the preparation of the annual financial statements;
- Participation in audit missions;
- Preparation of all monthly and quarterly declarations;
- Verification of depreciation, revaluation and salary accounting notes;
- Supplier/customer contract monitoring;
- He/she constantly monitors financial and accounting legislation and ensures compliance with it;
- Ongoing analysis of the impact of legislative and regulatory changes;
- Preparation of reports requested by Management;
- Checking the monthly balance;
- Check and operate payroll and leave provision notes;
- Check logbook
- Transaction correlation check (by transaction types that generate automatic accounting notes);
- Checking and correcting (where applicable) transactions with partners
- Preparation of accounting notes on advances to suppliers),
- Ensuring the flow of accounting operations according to internal regulations
- Supporting responsible and sustained activity
- Ability to concentrate and identify early on the essential elements that can bring imbalances in the specific activity.
